Our Client who
has intention of building ON THEIR OWN
PLOT OF LAND, can be approached with our pocket friendly wide varieties of Architectural
Drawing/3D which ranges from mini Bungalow/apartment, two bedroom
bungalow/apartment, three bedroom Bungalow/apartment, four Bedroom
Bungalow/apartment, 3-4 bedroom Duplex Etc. Although, the client are not
restricted to our own Architectural Drawing they can decide on their own choice
of design which our Architect can easily design.
Our finishes are as follows:
Our interior
decoration department will provide aesthetic floor finishes: Vitrified floor
tiles and for Roof ceiling we use celotex ceiling board which are basically
optional. The clients are also not restricted to our finishes, they can choose
from wide range of finishes.
For standard and
quality of the Building, each client will be provided with a Bill of Quantity
which contains the Amount, type, Quality and Quantity of materials to be used
for the building. The client can also decide on their
payment plan which could be Monthly, Bi-monthly, or Quarterly With a down payment
of an agreed percentage of 50-60% of the total construction cost during the
construction period while the remaining 40-50% is payable within 6- 12 months
NOTE: If the land is swampy,
we will ascertain the kind of foundation to be carried out base on the load
that will be imposed on it.
